The main entity is “SHUAA Capital Assurance plc”, which purports to be registered in Gibraltar and has offices in West Sussex, United Kingdom,  but the company also operates under the names “SHUAA Capital Underwriters Ltd,” “Shuaa Capital Surety Underwriters Ltd.,” “Shuaa Capital Insurance,” and “SHUAA Capital Insurance Group.”

SHUAA Capital psc confirms that it is not connected in any way to any of these entities and is not responsible for any transactions entered into by these entities. Members of the public are strongly advised to proceed with extreme caution if they are contacted by anyone claiming to be acting on behalf of “SHUAA Capital Assurance plc” or any of the other entities mentioned above. These entities are suspected of being part of a fraudulent scheme. Any member of the public who has been contacted by or has concerns about SHUAA Capital Assurance ltd or any of the other entities or products being offered by them is encouraged to contact SHUAA Capital psc’s Legal Department.
