SHUAA Capital, the region’s leading financial services institution, today completed the sale of its 48.69% stake in Al Kout Industrial Projects Company (‘AIP’) for 385 Kuwaiti fils per share. The sale generated over US $50 million of liquidity for SHUAA Capital. The transaction has no material impact on SHUAA’s bottom line.
